The GX4000 is the only try of the computer manufacturer Amstrad to establish them on the videogame market. It was only released in the UK and was never able to compete with the big names.

Das GX4000 ist der einzige ernsthafte Versuch des Computer-Herstellers Amstrad, auf dem Konsolenmarkt Fuss zu fassen. Das Geraet wurde nur auf dem Heimatmarkt in UK veroeffentlicht, hat aber nie wirklich mit den grossen Namen Schritt halten koennen.
