Among the biggest handheld devices ever, the Lynx had quite some power, a backlit LCD colour screen, but still was not able to compete with the Game Boy. It was more expensive, and power consumption was a problem.

Das Lynx 1 ist zweifelsohne eines der groessten Handhelds, die jemals veroeffentlicht wurden. Es war auf dem Papier ein recht leistungsfaehiges System mit beleuchtetem Farbdisplay, konnte aber dennoch nie mit dem Game Boy mithalten. Es war zu teuer, und der Stromverbrauch war von Anfang an ein Problem.
